WORST/Best Sunday Morn TV News?

WHICH is your least favorite and favorite Sunday morn news show?

__ This Week (ABC)
__ Face The Nation (CBS)
__ Meet The Press NBC
__ Chris Wallace (fox)
__ Media Buzz (fox)
__ McLaughlin

We feel This Week is ,by far, the worst, only covering select topics mostly favorable to the Democratic wing of which HOST George Stephanpolis has long been connected. INTERESTING too how he is absent for seemingly half the shows but his agenda is still intact.

BEST OF THE THREE main networks is FTN with Chuck Dodd who at least covers the important topics of the day though overall favorite is Sunday news with Chris Wallace(fox) that best covers both sides equally with perhaps slight lean to the right.  MEDIA BUZZ is number two best.

Making Sense of Obamacare, Website? – Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Pelosi Speak?) vs. Professor Irwin Corey

(

KRAUTHAMMER on Obamacare

A) Krauthammer : Those letters are irrefutable evidence that President Obama’s repeated you-keep-your-coverage claim was false. Why were they sent out? Because Obamacare renders illegal (with exceedingly narrow “grandfathered” exceptions) the continuation of any insurance plan deemed by Washington regulators not to meet their arbitrary standards for adequacy. Example: No maternity care? You are terminated.

So a law designed to cover the uninsured is now throwing far more people off their insurance than it can possibly be signing up on the nonfunctioning insurance exchanges. Indeed, most of the 19 million people with individual insurance will have to find new and likely more expensive coverage. And that doesn’t even include the additional millions who are sure to lose their employer-provided coverage. That’s a lot of people. That’s a pretty big lie.

But perhaps Obama didn’t know. Maybe the bystander president was as surprised by this as he claims to have been by the IRS scandal, the Associated Press and James Rosen phone logs, the failure of the Obamacare Web site, the premeditation of the Benghazi attacks, the tapping of Angela Merkel’s phone — i.e., the workings of the federal government of which he is the nominal head.  NANCY PELOSI BUTT OF COMEDY CENTRAL - HOST JON STEWART LAUGHS AS SHE PASSES BUCK ON OBAMACARE
Above video

1-31-14  House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Thursday she has no idea why the Obamacare website isn’t working and that it’s not her “responsibility.”
That admission, during Pelosi’s appearance on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,” actually caused Stewart and his audience to laugh at her.
Stewart, who has made no secret of his liberal leanings, didn’t cut Pelosi any slack as he repeatedly pushed her for answers to a problem that has dogged President Obama and his allies for months.
“Why is it so hard to get a company to execute that competently?” Stewart said.
“I don’t know,” Pelosi said, prompting peals of laughter from Stewart’s audience.
Stewart was incredulous.
“Oh, well, let me get the House minority leader here, I can ask her. Hold on — what do you mean you don’t know? How do you not know?” Stewart asked. MORE (The Blaze)

 1)  NANCY 'I believe in technology' PELOSI's  take on fixing Obamacare   website

-OR-

 2) PROFESSOR IRWIN COREY'S Take  . Even though he wasn't directly addressing Obamacare - in fact,we're not exactly sure what he is even talking about-  the 98 year old Professor seems to make more sense -or at least sound better - than Pelosi, in our opinion. What do you think? Pelosi or Corey?

MEANWHILE...Latest Obamacare News...

- ONLY 6 SIGNED UP FOR OBAMACARE FIRST DAY, 248 SECOND DAY

No wonder HHS Secretary Sebelius didn't want to give out the numbers during her congressional grilling last Wednesday. Out of the prospsective 19 million insurance buyers,we know of 254 for sure who signed up

- SNL does it's take on the Sebelius hearing.

In case one thinks we're 'picking' on Pelosi, this was not just A one time 'edited' edition of Pelosi-speak.

Here are three , intact, and only one edited talks  with Pelosi going back from recently to 2009:

- Nancy 'It doesn't matter' PELOSI with Martha Raditz on ABC 'This Week' Sunday 10/27 morning  , discussing more on the website 'glitch' and Obamacare 'rollout'     Notice, near the end that Pelosi borrows a line from Hillary 'It doesn't matter' Clinton:

-This may be the best one yet... going back a few years to 2009 with Pelosi still on the subject of Economics, specifically the TARP Funding , with Pelosi  'trying to make sense' for Stewart out of what the government did with the funds from TARP. Pelosi talks of 'Accountability' and 'Transparency' and more economics,ie 'PRINTING MONEY and EARMARKS'  'Are we broke' asks Stewart?   'We're coming back,'?'says Pelosi .  Stewart seemed to have a good take way back in 2009 what would later happen ,ie 2013.  'We have done more for education... health care, energy,...pioneering' in the first few months of the Obama administration that ever before, Pelossi concludes:

- Here, Pelosi is again trying to explain government spending, specifically at the time of one of the government bailouts or  'recovery act' as she prefers to call it.

A frustrated  videographer comes in at the end with  his opinion of what Pelosi has to say:

- Pelosi here tells Chris Wallace on Fox News that  it's a good thing to  raise taxes. We don't have a 'spending problem' ,says Pelosi, but a 'budget problem.'  'Nobody's saying it (the budget) has to be balanced,'she goes on... to a rather unbelieving Wallace.

Face the Nation Surpises with Benghazi Lead Story - This Week Ignores It

Face the Nation Surpises with Benghazi Lead Story - This Week  Ignores It

It came as a bit of a surprise that the the normally left-leaning Bob Schieffer and Face the Nation ran the Benghazi coverup Whistle Blower story as its lead in. Not so surprising was that George Stephanopoulis and ABC's  This Week not only didn't feature the story - and didn't even mention it !

Suddenly, with so much mounting evidence of a real administration cover-up
it appears the liberal media is finally caving - at least in the case of Sheffer
and company and some others.

Schieffer featured Darrell Issa, head of a new investigation,
who spoke of   three 'whistle blowers'  who were part of the State Department
under HIllary Clinton at the time,   recently coming  out against what the Administration has had to say - or NOT   say about Benghazi. The three all worked closely with the slain Ambassador Stevens in Libya.  According to Issa, Mr. Hickson, one of the three , expressed dismay that Stevens' own  words, 'We are under attack' (at the embassy in Benghazi), were ignored when spokesperson for the State Department, Susan Rice,  went on the Sunday morning programs following 9/11/13 with the rationalization that a video prompted the attack. Hours earlier, according to Issa, Hickson  f had clearly told the State Department about a terrorist attack that had nothing to do with a video.Hickson says that nobody contacted him to corroborate Rice's new 'talking points' before she went before the national TV viewers.

Hickson stated further, through Issa, that even the leader of the Libyan
government had corroborated the terrorist attack. Hickson considered it an extreme
embarrassment going against the Libyan leader (of which the U.S. administration has been,
supposedly, supportive after orchestratiing the overthrow of former leader, Khadafi).

Issa believes that Secretary of State Clinton thought that by reporting
the true story would reflect badly on the administration (with President Obama's
reelection only a couple months away.

Hickson and the other two whistle blowers - who have apprently come out on their
own - will testify Wednesday before Issa and the new committee. The committee was formed
after these new whistle blowers came forth. The previous 'official' Benghazi investigation,
controlled by Democrats seemed  to go nowhere, with Hillary and company stonewalling
time and again, refusing to even talk to key witnesses including these three who will be
speaking this week.  A couple other of
the new committee representatives were on the program including a Republican legislator, Mike
Rogers, who called it 'catastrophic' and a 'very bad  decision'  by the Administration ,
jeopardizing our security, which did result in four deaths, one a highly prized ambassador,
who spoke on several occassions about the need for better security around him and the
Libyan embassy. The Democratic representative on hand said the usual, non -commital
statement , that we must 'wait until all the facts come in.' It would appear the facts
have come in from three first person witnesses on hand in Libya at the embassy at the
time of the attackes.

What a juxtaposition to see Schieffer and CBS lead with this big new important
Benghazi coverup breakthough  while having Stephanopoulis and ABc'S THIS WEEK totally
ignore the story during it's hour. Not even a mention, unless we missed a sound bite/
However, This Week spent a good 25% of the show interviewing and talking about the
basketball player who recently 'outted' himself as 'gay' - an important story but
it could have waited, what with the critical situation currently in the Mideast.
